The programme uses a combination of British Menopause Society supported Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques, yoga and mindfulness to cover:

  • strategies for coping with hot flushes and night sweats

  • alternative ways of managing anxious and stressful thoughts 

  • addressing the sleep difficulties so impactful to well being

  • includes restorative yoga and meditation to help you feel centred and connected

  • includes notes to guide practise and develop new skills. Forms a reference on your journey afterwards.
