The programme uses a combination of British Menopause Society supported Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques, yoga and mindfulness to cover:
strategies for coping with hot flushes and night sweats
alternative ways of managing anxious and stressful thoughts
addressing the sleep difficulties so impactful to well being
includes restorative yoga and meditation to help you feel centred and connected
includes notes to guide practise and develop new skills. Forms a reference on your journey afterwards.
